Notes on the producer
In the heart of the Mâcon appellation on clay-limestone soils, the Jambon family has been making wine in Pierreclos since 1750. Pierre Antoine Jambon ran the domaine until he was joined a couple of years ago by his childhood friend Michel Prudhon. Committed to growing healthy vines, they practice environmentally friendly viticulture spraying only if absolutely necessary
