- Crémant du Jura 2020: This a a wonderful and expressive sparkling that will give many Champagne a run for its money.
- Savagnin Type 2018: Aged under flor a good three years before bottling, this is deep and complex in the typical Jura style.
Domaine De La Borde
Julien Mareschal, the force behind Domaine De La Borde, is a rising star in Jura. Located in Arbois-Pupillin, this biodynamic estate produces wines that perfectly balance precision and soul.

Domaine Macle
Jura legends in their own right, Domaine Macle specialises in oxidative winemaking. And arguably they are the best at at. Their Vin Jaune is hallowed juice if you can find it and their other oxidative white are nothing short of spectacular.

Chardonnay Sous Voile: Vinified and aged under flor for three years, this wine is a little more restrained that you might expect from a flor aged Chardonnay beautifully spiced and complex.

Tradition 2018: Simply one of the best examples of flor aged wine you will come across and will age beautifully and effortlessly for the next 30 years plus.
Lucien Aviet et Fils
Known locally as “Bacchus,” Lucien Avietis a stalwart of Jura winemaking, with a special focus on the rare Melon à Queue Rouge Chardonnay clone.
