Pinot Noir is whole-bunch macerated for approximately three weeks. There are no pump overs and only one pigeage is done at the end of maceration. Renaud is not looking for extraction or colour, instead choosing purity and favouring. Unfilterd, unfined, no sulphur.
Notes on the producer
Renaud Boyer is a winemaker based in the Burgundy region of France. He is known for producing high-quality white wines, particularly from the Puligny-Montrachet vineyards. He has gained a reputation for being a meticulous and dedicated winemaker, carefully selecting the best grapes from his vineyards and using traditional winemaking methods to produce wines that are expressive of their terroir. Boyer's wines are highly sought-after and have received positive reviews from wine critics. He is considered as one of the most talented winemakers in Burgundy, particularly for his white wine production.
