This is a chance to dig into the techniques, styles and philosophies that are reshaping what wine can be. From embracing ancient viticulture and reviving styles like orange wine, to reclassifying traits once considered faults, these wines can be polarising, ephemeral and surprising – but rarely dull.

Along the way we’ll cover myths around natural wine, how to adjust expectations and explain why ‘natural’ remains so hard to pin down.
